• My readings are conducted in a compassionate and non-judgmental environment.

• I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves abusively, or is experiencing a mental health crisis. In such cases, I may provide resources for professional help.

• I do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or gender identity.

 

3. Nature of Tarot Readings

• Tarot readings are for entertainment purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional legal, medical, or financial advice.

• The outcomes of readings are influenced by free will and are not set in stone. I do not predict the future but offer guidance based on current circumstances.

• I do not provide services related to invoking or removing spells, predicting lottery numbers, or guaranteeing specific outcomes.

4. Privacy & Confidentiality

• All readings are confidential. Recordings of readings are only made with your permission and are shared exclusively with you.

• Session recordings are kept for 3 months and then deleted permanently. It is the client’s responsibility to retain the recording after it is initially shared.

5. Payment, Rescheduling, & Cancellation

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the payment.

• Emergencies will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me as close to the 24-hour window as possible to discuss options.

• Rescheduling is allowed once per appointment if done within the 24-hour notice period. Missed appointments without proper notice are non-refundable.

• If you are uncomfortable with the reading, you may cancel within the first 10 minutes for a full refund, applicable only to readings of 30 minutes or longer. No refunds are available for shorter sessions.

6. Third-Party Services

• Booking is managed through Wix, calls are conducted via Zoom, and payments are processed through Zettle. By using these services, you agree to their respective terms and conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including but not limited to tarot spreads, articles, images, and session recordings, is the intellectual property of Mercury Pothocare. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is prohibited.

8. Legal Disclaimer

• Tarot readings are subjective and should not be considered 100% accurate. They do not replace professional advice in medical, legal, or business matters.

• I am not liable for any decisions or actions you take based on the reading. You are fully responsible for any choices you make following a tarot session.

• By booking a reading, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mercury Pothocare from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the services provided.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

• All communications, including scheduling, payments, and session confirmations, will be conducted via email.

12. Updates to Terms

• Mercury Pothocare reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any updates will be communicated via email and will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
